1) What is the booking procedure?
- Once you send your cab requirement details to us, we check up on the availability, calculate your total expense (permit, GST etc:-) , and mail you back the quote with it's break-up.
- If quote agreeable to you, advance payment may need to be made in some cases for booking confirmation.
2) What if my travel time has been changed?
- You will need to mention the changed dates and time in an e-mail to us as soon as possible to help us proceed on readjusting the booking.
3) What if I need to cancel my booking?
Cancellation charges normally apply in heavy bookings and the amount varies cases to case. Please e-mail us or call one of our tour operators here)
5) Are cleaning charges included?
No, cleaning charges are not applicable unless a serious mess is caused inside the cab.
6) Can I get my pet with me in the cab?
- We allow pets in the cab, ensure you have everything you need for their comfort as not all our cabs come with treats or toys for them. Special requests can be made through our tour operator, call us for queries)
